If you are trying to access our online guides but are not seeing the images appear, know that we are working with the hosting provider for the guides to fix the issue. Please do not open new helpdesk tickets about the guide images not being visible-- we are aware of the problem and are working to fix it. Because we do not host the guides directly on our site, we do not have direct control over the hosting system.
If you are using the Dozuki app to access the guides and you are having issues with the app itself, not necessarily with the images, try accessing the guides via a web browser at https://bit.ly/brickguides.
